Q: How do I apply to the Living The Dream Collection?

A: Please tell us more about your vacation home by completing our form above. It is particularly important to include your details. Should your property fit the criteria we are seeking in your destination, a Market Manager will reach out to you to discuss how we might partner up. If your vacation home is located in a destination which is not currently offered by Living The Dream, we’ll save your details for future consideration.

Q: How does Living The Dream choose new properties?

A: We adhere to a rigorous set of standards when evaluating a potential home. Only the finest properties are selected to be part of the exclusive Living The Dream Collection.

All properties under consideration are reviewed by a committee of Living The Dream executives and Villa Specialists who understand what our discerning guests are seeking. After evaluation, we accept fewer than 5% of homes.

Note, only a select number of properties will be invited to join the collection in any given destination. By limiting the number of properties we ensure that each of our vacation rental partners receives the exposure and attention it deserves.

Q: How does Living The Dream work with me and my guests?

A: Our Homeowner Experience team provides you with all the necessary tools to be successful. They are available to assist with any questions you may have and are eager to offer suggestions on how to maximize opportunities for your property.

Our team of Villa Specialists carefully matches each guest with the destination and property that best fits their needs. We’ll coordinate all the paperwork and will secure payments with the guest. We’ll keep you updated at every stage of the process and will ensure that you receive payment for each booking in advance of the travel date.

Guests are assigned a personal concierge, so pre-arrival planning and communication is also managed by us, significantly freeing up your time and resources.

Quite the opposite actually – we’re picky (aka selective) and we look at our portfolio as a curated collection as opposed to a subscription-based list. And for our homeowners, we take care of all the details – building your page on our site, finding the guests through our extensive online marketing, handling reservations and secure payments on your behalf, and managing the daily communication and questions from our guests before, during and after their stay.
